  • JOB SUMMARY

    The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and supporting daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient front office functions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.

    • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take messages when necessary.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

    • Schedule and confirm appointments 

    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.

    • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

    • Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff as needed.

    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role

    • Proficient in word processing and very comfortable with using/learning new technologies.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Professional appearance and demeanor.

    • Customer service with a strong desire to help and love animals. 

    SALARY RANGE

    To be determined based on experience.

    EMPLOYMENT SCHEDULE

    Part Time

    Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
    8am - 5pm

  • JOB SUMMARY

    The Dog Daycare Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all dogs and cats  in the facility. This role involves supervising group play, maintaining a clean environment, and providing compassionate care to every dog and cat throughout their stay.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise and monitor groups of dogs during playtime to ensure safe and positive interactions.

    • Recognize and respond to canine body language, preventing or interrupting unsafe behavior.

    • Feed, water, and care for dogs according to their individual schedules and needs.

    • Clean and sanitize play areas, kennels, bowls, and other equipment regularly.

    • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and record keeping for each dog’s stay.

    • Report any injuries, behavioral issues, or health concerns to management promptly.

    • Engage dogs in enrichment activities, play, and basic obedience practice.

    • Follow all facility policies, cleaning procedures, and safety protocols.

    • Communicate professionally with pet owners, providing updates about their dogs when needed.

    • Support grooming, training, or boarding staff as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous experience working with dogs (daycare, kennel, vet clinic, shelter, etc.) preferred.

    • Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.

    • Basic understanding of dog behavior and body language.

    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

    • Physically able to stand, walk, and lift 20-30lbs 

    • Passionate about animal care and committed to providing excellent service.

    SALARY RANGE
