CAT HOTEL POLICIES

We’re committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional care for your cat. Please review the following service policies, which apply to all boarding reservations. By booking a stay with us, you agree to these terms.

  • A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of your reservation confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you from our booking platform.

The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of drop-off.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

  • Boarding reservations are final.

We do not offer refunds of any amounts paid for boarding or rescheduling of boarding appointments for any reason.

  • Cats must be dropped off and picked up during designated boarding service hours.

Drop-off and pick-up outside of designated boarding service hours is not permitted unless approved by staff in advance.  Additional fees will apply for drop-off or pick-up outside of the designated boarding service hours.

If a cat is not picked up by closing time, they will be transferred back into overnight boarding, and the owner will be charged the standard nightly boarding rate plus any applicable late fees.

    Designated Boarding Service Hours:

    • Drop-Off = 2:00pm - 5:00pm

    • Pick-Up = 8:00am - 11:00am

  • Owners must provide their cat’s regular food at check-in, with enough to cover the full length of stay.

All food must be individually bagged for each feeding for each cat.  If you require your cat to receive additional supplements with each meal, you will need to add those supplements to each daily meal bag.

All food must be clearly labeled with the cat’s name and feeding instructions - specifically if that meal is for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

If no food is provided, or if the provided food runs out during the stay, K-9 Wellness Center will provide our in-house food option (Tiki Cat Digestion - Lamb and Egg Recipe)  at the owner’s expense (2.8lb bag = $32.00).

  • Owners must provide all medications in their original containers, clearly labeled with the cat’s name, dosage, and administration instructions.

Written instructions must be provided via the online booking portal and verified at check-in.

Medications will be administered as directed, but K-9 Wellness Center staff are not veterinary professionals, and we cannot guarantee the same level of precision as a licensed veterinarian.

If specialized medical care or veterinary-administered treatment is required, the owner will be responsible for any related veterinary costs via the Bishop Veterinary Hospital.

  • The K-9 Wellness Center uses “The World’s Best Cat Litter” in all of our cat hotel suites.  This litter is unscented, corn based, low dust, and environmentally friendly.

If your cat requires a different brand of cat litter, please bring enough with you to cover the cat’s entire stay at the hotel.
