HOTEL CHECKLIST

Make drop-off easy and your pet’s stay stress-free with this quick checklist.

DOG HOTEL

  • Owners must provide their dog’s regular food at check-in, with enough to cover the full length of stay.

All food must be individually bagged for each feeding for each dog. If you require your dog to receive additional supplements with each meal, you will need to add those supplements to each daily meal bag.

All food must be clearly labeled with the dog’s name and feeding instructions - specifically if that meal is for morning, afternoon, or evening.

If no food is provided, or if the provided food runs out during the stay, K-9 Wellness Center will provide our in-house food option at the owner’s expense - Medicus Bland Diet will be provided at $55 per 32 ounce bag.

  • Owners must provide all medications in their original containers, clearly labeled with the dog’s name, dosage, and administration instructions.

Written instructions must be provided at check-in.

Medications will be administered as directed, but K-9 Wellness Center staff are not veterinary professionals, and we cannot guarantee the same level of precision as a licensed veterinarian.

If specialized medical care or veterinary-administered treatment is required, the owner will be responsible for any related veterinary costs via the Bishop Veterinary Hospital.

  • All dogs must be current on vaccinations required by law and by K-9 Wellness Center.

Please check your Gingr profile for a complete list of required and recommended vaccinations.

Be sure to upload your proof of vaccination from your vet to the K-9 Wellness Center booking portal in your dog’s Gingr profile.

Proof of vaccination must be provided before your dog’s stay at the hotel.

  • We recommend bringing some of your dog’s regular personal items to help them feel more comfortable, something with your scent can be extra comforting for your dog.

We recommend labeling your dog’s personal items.

Personal items (toys, collars, leashes, clothing, bedding, etc.) may be left but are at the owner’s risk and may not be returned in the same condition.
